Making the
magic happen

It all starts with producers
Our producers meet you where you are, whether you need help with concepts, scripting, storyboarding, or full-scale production. By the end, they’re your producer: an expert in your brand, embedded in your team.
We love it when a plan comes together
Your producer helps you plan your video project down to the smallest details. They book the crew, provide equipment, source talent, and acquire any permits needed to guarantee a smooth experience. You focus on the big picture, they help you get the work done.

The editing bay is where stories are formed
Whether or not our crews captured your footage, we can still edit it. Our producers act as your brand ambassadors, working with our world class, US based editing team to ensure your final deliverables are exactly what your brand needs to succeed.

Bryce Anderson
CEO | FounderBryce grew up in Iowa, attended the University of Iowa and has worked in media sales for nearly a decade. He tried out both coasts and the mountains before settling down in Chicago - his true love. His interests include movies, Frasier, being correct, and obsessively tracking packages.
He lives with his lovely wife, 3 rambunctious young children, and an old dog.
His favorite web video of all time is The Farting Baby
Nat Seidel
COO & Head of Production | FounderNat studied at the University of Colorado Boulder and has worked in post-production for over a decade. He loves pretending to be good at video games, pretending to be good at cooking, and pretending to be a horrifying monster to his two small children. He also loves comic books, horror movies, and reading science fiction. His favorite month is definitely September.
Emily Riebe
Video ProducerHaving grown up just 20 minutes away from the bustling and artistically eclectic city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Emily is no stranger to the world of art and entertainment media. Emily recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with a degree in Media Studies and a minor in Theatre Performance. During her undergraduate career, Emily participated as an actor in dozens of theatrical productions, published research that looked at the intersection of sexuality and gender in post #MeToo media, as well as spent a semester abroad in Barcelona, Spain studying Intercultural Communication as it relates to media. Outside of work, Emily loves binge watching reality TV, enjoying nature, and hanging out with her two year old calico cat, Rooney Meow-ra. Her favorite YouTube video is this hilarious cat who definitely is not crying.
Thom Pfiffner
Senior Video EditorThom is from a town 40 minutes north of Chicago where he started watching R-rated movies at a questionable age. He attended Columbia College Chicago where he majored in film & video and has been a professional video editor since 2006. He spends most of his time failing at helping his partner cook, defending the White Sox, and dreaming of where his next vacation will be. He wishes he had an orangutan friend.
Andrew Nuño
Senior Video ProducerAndrew was born and raised in Crystal Lake, Illinois where he cultivated his love for video production by visiting the cinema every chance he got. After graduating from DePaul with a degree in Communication and Media, Andrew spent a few years in the agency world of communications/PR before making the dive into video production. In his spare time, he loves watching movies and TV, attempting to become a polyglot, and creates films of his own! His most recent project, is the Latinx web series Border'd.
Courtney Kurhayez
Marketing CoordinatorBorn and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, Courtney’s love for stories has turned into an obsession for all things entertainment — from books, to movies, to music. She graduated from North Central College with a double major in Organizational Communication and Interactive Media Studies, and fills her spare time with reading and running her own book blog, Buried in a Bookshelf, along with playing drums and singing in her band, Double Identity — all while binge-watching her favorite TV shows. One of her favorite web videos is this Vine that she quotes without fail whenever she sees a “Road Work Ahead” sign.
JD Davis
Video EditorJD found his love for video storytelling in high school before majoring in Theatre at McMurry University. A native Texan, he spent 10 years in Minor League Baseball telling stories through video, design, and ballpark entertainment before joining the Lightswitch team. Away from his desk he enjoys spending time with his wife Hilary exploring the great outdoors. His favorite YouTube video is watching poor RipTide crash his 4-wheeler.
Ian Becker
Video EditorDrawn to the world of video by a love for technology and film, Ian's as passionate about consuming media as he is creating it. Despite having a wife, a house, and over a decade of living in Chicago, he maintains that he's Minnesotan and represents his sports teams with pride. Ian treasures time with family and friends, travel, golf, and learning something new every day.
Diana Peters
ProducerDiana sought an outlet for her imagination and creative ideas for as long as she could remember. Her first
dream was to be an actress, and as a child she intensely pursued any performance opportunity she could
find in her hometown of Downers Grove, IL. Everything changed in high school when she discovered a
love of filmmaking and digital media- and the rest is history! Diana graduated from DePaul University in
2019 with a BFA in Digital Cinema and a Concentration in Screenwriting. She co-wrote and directed her
first feature film, There May Be Ghosts, in 2018. Diana continues to write and direct in her free time,
focusing largely on mockumentaries, horror, and stories with LGBTQ themes. Her other passions include
photography, painting, sculpting, prop design, roller skating, longboarding, and composing music. She
